In 2019, Berryplant introduced a micropropagation laboratory, which became operational at a commercial level in 2021. This laboratory is dedicated to the production of in vitro blackberry plants, representing an innovative step that partly replaces the traditional production of plants from semi-hardwood cuttings.
In 2022, the expansion and establishment of new cold storage cells represent a significant advancement in the company’s management and logistics. The new cold storage cells allow for greater autonomy in the preservation and storage of plant materials, as well as increased logistical efficiency and customer service.
